Cliff-Top Portrait Session

On a very windy winter’s afternoon, on a headland over looking the ocean in between Lennox Head and Ballina, Keira and Eddie braved the conditions to have their engagement portraits taken.

An engagement session, as Keira and Eddie discovered is essential to feeling comfortable in front of your wedding photographer on your wedding day.  It erases the awkward feelings everyone has when they are in front of a professional photographer for the first time and allows for a super smooth wedding day.

An engagement session allows you to have some fun, and be yourself.  As a photographer, I generally give couple things to do, a  basic starting point so they don’t feel so self conscious.  This always ends with some great portraits of them being true to themselves and having a laugh.

I seriously cannot wait to be Keira and Eddie’s wedding photographer later in the year.  They were incredibly easy to photograph and I think they will make an exceptionally gorgeous bride and groom.
